Terms & Conditions

By using the Smile Dental Chat portal, you agree to the following terms:

  • Scope of Service: This is a remote dental consultation platform. It does not replace an in-person clinical examination.
  • Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent.
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate health data. Misrepresentation may lead to incorrect treatment planning.

Refund & Cancellation

Consultation Fees: Once a consultation is completed by the dentist, fees are non-refundable.

If a technical error prevents the consultation from occurring, or if you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Digital Consent & Declaration

By clicking "I Agree" or using this portal, you confirm:

  1. The information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
  2. I consent to the use of my data for dental consultation and treatment planning.
  3. I understand that this remote consultation does not replace a clinical examination where required.
